1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the pv888 platform ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to the use of the pv888 website and all related services from Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each member may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all accounts being closed and funds being forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure, and deposited funds may not be returned.

3 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your pv888 account username and password confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at pv888 is ৳300, which applies to all payment methods. We currently support the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

Deposits are only accepted from a payment method registered in your own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal funds will be sent only to the payment account from which the deposit was made.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed. We may request additional documents at any time.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳14,000 or more → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagers required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific conditions.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory.
• A member may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• pv888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed and the bonus may be cancelled.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and games on pv888 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. All games follow fair play principles. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
• If an error is detected in any game, the related bet will be cancelled.
• pv888 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game at any time.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• All bets must be confirmed before an event begins (except for live betting).
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be handled according to the applicable rules.
• In the case of suspicious bets, pv888 reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, withhold payment.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any prohibited activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Using a false identity or another person's identity
• Abusing bonus offers (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, etc.)
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform for unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members
• Operating an account using a third party's funds
• Impersonating a pv888 employee or representative

8 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the pv888 website — including logos, trademarks, software, designs, text, graphics, images, and other materials — is the intellectual property of pv888 or the relevant game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, etc.).

11.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance before the account is closed, however any bonus balance with unmet conditions will be forfeited.
